Note of thanks
Dear Gradlyn Team,
Today, I want to express a special word of thanks. Recently, we all traveled together to the USA to enjoy a long and relaxing vacation. But there is someone we are especially grateful to: Lufthansa and the fantastic staff at Gradlyn. Our little dog Schlappi was able to accompany us on this journey, and it was a true blessing that he arrived safely and soundly with us in the USA. Thanks to your professional support, our family trip went smoothly. We were fortunate to have a direct flight from Frankfurt to the USA, and Lufthansa ensured that Schlappi was well taken care of in the cabin throughout the entire flight. The travel bag we received from Gradlyn was large enough and much better than our old one.
We were reassured to see how comfortably and securely Schlappi could travel in it. We would like to especially thank Torston & Kay, who accompanied us during passenger check-in at Frankfurt Airport. They were a great help, especially for our slightly mobility-impaired grandma, who was also part of our travel group. The pickup of the dog and the luggage at home was also a great convenience that we greatly appreciate.
Junior, our youngest family member, was overjoyed that Schlappi could come on vacation with us. In the terminal, Pilot Jene flew Schlappi to the USA. See picture… He couldn't bear to be without his loyal companion, and it was wonderful to see the two of them spending time together. We are grateful for the excellent care and outstanding service we received, which allowed us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest without worrying about Schlappi's well-being.
Thank you for helping us make this vacation an unforgettable experience for the whole family. We will never forget your efforts and support.

So very sorry for the delayed response. I just wanted to express my utmost gratitude to Gradlyn for helping my pup, Harry vom Patscherkofel into the U.S. He arrived safe and sound, your partner,The Ark at JFK Airport in New York was amazing too.
This was a long journey for all of us, as we waited for many months for the opportunity so that Harry can fly from Germany to the U.S.
@ Kay : You were always there for us, from the very beginning. You always assisted, your responses were so prompt and helpful! If I have another pup fly to the U.S., you will be the first person I would contact to assist.

I collected Polly from Melbourne quarantine last Saturday 15th and my sister drove us the 7 hours straight back to her house in Canberra (with my sister's sweet 15 year old Jack Russel "Archie" sitting beside her cage).
