Federal Armed Forces / military transfers

• The sender, receiver and proof of ownership for the animal must all match (Animal passport)
• We require a copy of your flight tickets
• We may possibly require a residency permit
• We may possibly require an employer certificate
• If a family member is taking your pet abroad, we will need proof of this
• VAT: because this is an export, our invoices will are VAT-free
• We include your customs declaration as part of our service
