    I want to thank you for all your kindness and expert service. From start to finish and working through the recent tragedy in my family, you have been superbly professional and even more importantly, extremely caring.
    I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Gradlyn and especially, Sandra. The attention to service was fantastic.
Communication was fabulous and always far beyond simple instruction. Rene was so kind to translate Herr Müller's emails for me. Sandra was my liaison with Willi Müller and I cannot begin to put into words how much that is appreciated.
   The puppy arrived in great shape. The flight was on time and all necessary paperwork was there and ready to go. Sandra was in constant contact to make sure that this little girl arrived without any problems.
    I would recommend Gradlyn Kennels services beyond any other for their care, kindness and superb attention to detail.
