Your dog must be able to stand upright in its kennel and may not touch the kennel’s ceiling from inside. Measure the highest point, i.e. its ears or head, when your dog is standing upright on all four paws. Determine the length by measuring your dog from its tip of the nose to the onset of its tail. Adding some inches extra will ensure you’re on the safe side.
