In April 2008 the Frankfurt Animal Lounge was opened at Frankfurt
Airport. Covering 3,750 square meters, it is the world’s biggest and
most modern animal facility. 42 large animal stalls, 12 individually
adjustable climatic chambers as well as 39 small animal containers replace the formerly
existing animal facility. Thus, at the world’s most modern Animal Lounge
people and animals are offered a likewise exclusive service.

All animals arriving at or departing from Frankfurt Airport, that means your precious pet as well, automatically go to the Animal Lounge. Along their way the animals are optimally looked after – they make one of their most interesting experiences during their trip. 25 veterinarians and 45 skilled keepers look after your pet individually, fondly, professionally and most of all: 24/7. Often, the sky kennels are labelled by their owners giving information on their pet’s preferred food or the way they like to be petted.
24-hour-service, individually adjustable temperature, air exchange and humidity as well as comfortable sleeping places, medical care etc. - the Animal Lounge has much to offer and without doubt deserves its world’s top position.
