On July 25th at 1h in the morning my German Shepherd Diva and my cat Mousseline were picked up by one of your staff at our home in Belgium and brought to Frankfurt for the morning cargo flight to Ottawa, Canada. They arrived the same day at the kennel in Ottawa and were in great shape. I was delighted! Our pets are family members and it was a bit of a worry to let them go away without us but we knew we had made the best choice for them. They were happy to see us, they even looked more fresh than most people after a long transatlantic flight. My family is joining me in thanking you all, the whole team at GK Ait Pet Shipping in Frankfurt for the wonderful service you provided to our cat and dog. I am recommending your services to my friends and certainly to anyone who is looking for a safe way to send their pets home safely. Please pass on my many thanks to your colleagues! I don't know all their names but I remember talking to you and Faruk and Drago and I always got the same friendly, caring service. Hallo Herr Wanner, hallo Martin, nachdem ich nun schon eine Woche in Jaunde bin möchte ich mich nochmals kurz melden und mich für die gute Betreuung durch Sie bedanken. Mein Hund ist wohlbehalten und putzmunter in Jaunde angekommen, war nur sehr durstig, da Wasserflaschenhalterung und Napf von der Box abgebrochen waren. Anyway, dank Ihrer professionellen Handhabe waren meine Sorgen im Vorfeld des Transportes absolut unbegründet, auch Ihr Rat, keine Beruhigungsmittel zu geben, hat sich -trotz meines recht wilden "Köters"- als völlig richtig herausgestellt. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege ausdrücklich für den Transport unserer Teckelwelpen von Hamburg nach Chikago bedanken. Alles lief sehr professionell und hervorragend ab. Herr Wissenbach in Frankfurt und ihre Herren in Hamburg waren, trotz der Nervosität der Hundebesitzer, ein ruhiges, kompetentes und hilfreiches Team. Jo, You were more than wonderful.....I saw the little enclose van drive up and pick the kitties up from our ArmAvia flight. It was raining but they did not even have to get wet. All made it fine. The strange news is that my husband found out just now that he has another job in Yerevan and will be returning there for 2 years.....want to move the kitties back? Just kidding. As of now we think I will stay put here for the 2 years. If you are ever in this region let me know. You, I am sure, will hear from me again. Thanks again. Regards, Darleen
